- p. 14 - CHART EL 8 – Construction of real estate development has been discontinued on Royal Island. Continued maintenance of ro-ro landing in the harbour and harbour entrance is unknown. A no-anchoring zone has been established by the developer near the landing and marked with buoys. Additional restriction may be established as work here progresses. Currently, the harbour entrance is marked by red and green flashing lights (privately maintained) on the rocks on each side of the entrance.
